Children will enjoy a kid-friendly dinner, games, and age-appropriate activities—all in a safe, faith-filled environment. This event is exclusively for students of Immanuel Lutheran School and members of Immanuel Lutheran Church and is a fundraiser for the ILS 7th and 8th grade class trip.

When: November 8, November 22 and December 6

Where: Immanuel Lutheran Church & School

Who: Kids in Preschool (must be toilet trained) through 6th Grade

Cost: $20 per child per evening (cash/check collected at the door on the evening of the event)

Advent By Candlelight: Keeping Christmas Simple
Ladies, you’re invited to a peaceful evening of inspiration and connection as we prepare our hearts for Christmas. Enjoy a short message, singing, a photo op, and plenty of time for conversation. In keeping with our theme of simplicity, hosts are encouraged to provide light refreshments and desserts for their tables.

Table Hosts: Please only sign up for one spot for one table of 6-8 women. We will use this number to designate your table size. If you have more than 8 attendees, please consider hosting a second table.

Individuals: You are welcome to sign up and will be grouped at a table. Since there will be no formal table host, individuals may want to bring a light snack or dessert to share.

Come celebrate with us at our Thanksgiving Eve Worship Service with Communion on Wednesday, November 26 at 6:30 p.m. This special service is a beautiful opportunity to pause, give thanks, and reflect on God’s blessings before the holiday. After the service, join us for fellowship and pie! Bring one to share or sample the delicious creations of others!🥧

Turn hunger into hope with your own two hands by packing nutritious meals for hungry children around the world. Immanuel’s team will be volunteering on Tuesday, November 25 from noon-2:00pm at Feed My Starving Children in Schaumburg (740 Wiley Farm Ct, Schaumburg, IL 60173). This is a great volunteer opportunities for adults and families (children over 5 are welcome but must be supervised by an adult).
